  • Labor-Management Cooperation and Dispute Management: Develops labor and industrial relations strategy, programs, and policies in collaboration with HRBP and Legal Business Partner for the promotion of harmonious relations between management and trade unions.
  • Collective Bargaining Negotiations: Formulates, recommends, and secures approval of company positions/strategies in handling CBA negotiations.
  • Employee Discipline: Develops and implements learning sessions on employee discipline to have a clear understanding, consistent and fair application of employee discipline adherence to pertinent laws, company policies, and investigation roles/procedures.
  • Labor-Management Dialogue: Develops and manages structures and processes to enhance productive collaboration and dialogue between labor and management.
  • Employee Involvement and Partnership: Develops and recommends programs and initiatives to enhance employee involvement and partnership.
Requirements
  • College Graduate: Degree in Human Resource Management, Labor Relations or Law Graduate.
  • At least ten years of work experience in the field of HR services, labor management, CBA negotiation with five years in a leadership capacity.
  • Expert in labor laws and in-depth exposure in dealing with and managing labor unions.
  • In-depth understanding of the beverage industry and operation.
