Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Investigate complaints and concerns raised by employees.
  • Develop and implement training programs to educate employees on company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless implementation of company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Sociology, Organizational Development, or Industrial/Organizational Psychology.
  • Experience in HR management, particularly in compliance and regulatory affairs.
  • Strong knowledge of employment and labor laws.
