Labor Relations Executive

We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Manager to join our team at 1Rotary Trading Corporation. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing employee engagement initiatives and ensuring the fair treatment of employees within the organization.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to improve employee relations and engagement.
- Investigate and resolve employee complaints and grievances in a fair and timely manner.
- Develop and provide training programs to enhance employee knowledge and skills.
- Collaborate with department managers to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in employee relations or a related field.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
