**Role Overview:** As an Employee Relations Coordinator at Gigahertz Computer Systems, you will play a vital role in supporting our Recruitment and Onboarding processes while ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

**Responsibilities:

  1. Process employee disciplinary actions, conduct admin hearings, and facilitate mediation procedures.
  2. Collaborate with legal counsels and 3rd party consultants to develop strategies and best practices for case analysis and mediation.
  3. Conduct background investigations, character reference checks, and provide exit kits to exiting employees.
  4. Prepare reports on employee disciplinary action status, EV/CR reports, background check reports, and clearance status reports.

**Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in Labor Relations or equivalent through training, education, and other related experience.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and ability to remain tactful and persuasive in controversial situations.
