Main Responsibilities:
  • Drive industry-leading renewal rates and maintain a high volume of renewals with daily engagement across the North America territory.
  • Build trusted relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors within our existing customer base to drive high ROI on SWI.
  • Cultivate opportunities for growth and expansion by collaborating with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders in a hybrid work environment.
  • Identify customer requirements, uncover roadblocks, and demonstrate strong account management and commercial capabilities to drive renewals to timely closure.
  • Partner with Customer Success & Account Executives to maximize account growth opportunities by playing an active role on the account team and identifying expansion and cross-sale opportunities.
  • Prioritize responsibilities within your customer segment, differentiating between accounts at risk and balancing daily activity and velocity sales.
  • Work with customers to resolve issues preventing ongoing relationships.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, including licenses, software expiration dates, shipping addresses, and updated contact information.
  • Collaborate with various departments to advocate for the customer and resolve issues.
Key Requirements:
  • 2+ years' experience in a technical sales role.
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or equivalent work experience.
  • Ability to network and build trust both internally and externally.
  • Previous experience with CRM - NetSuite or Salesforce; Tableau is a plus.
