Customer Acquisition Specialist Job Opportunity

This role is designed for individuals with a strong sales background who can effectively communicate the benefits of our client's services to customers.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Initiate high-volume outbound telephone calls to follow up on marketing campaigns and understand audience interest
  • Proactively identify opportunities to convert qualified leads into closed sales
  • Effectively manage external competitive pressures and handle objections to secure new customers
  • Maintain a mastery of sales training and closing skills
  • Work collaboratively with the team to provide a professional experience during all interactions with customers and prospects
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience working in an inside sales capacity
  • A dynamic personality with a winning mindset
  • Prior success in achieving personal and team sales quota/goals
  • Experience learning new technology and data
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com or similar CRM software
