We're looking for a seasoned expert to own the complete retention strategy for top brands.

This isn't a role for entry-level marketers. You need to have hands-on experience with Klaviyo and a proven track record of managing significant email-attributed revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a data-driven retention strategy that drives revenue through email.
  • Work closely with tools like Klaviyo, Recharge, Rebuy, Wonderment, and other retention platforms; leverage data from Google Analytics 4 and similar analytics tools.
Core Requirements
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Klaviyo.
  • A proven track record of managing $1M+ in email-attributed revenue.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced agency or high-growth direct-to-consumer brand.
  • A comprehensive understanding of marketing beyond just the email channel.
