Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Operations Specialist to support our branches across the Visayas region. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, and enjoys fieldwork. You will be responsible for implementing and monitoring HR processes at the branch level, ensuring compliance with company policies, and supporting employees on-site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit branches across key cities in the Visayas region to support HR operations and ensure policy compliance.

  • Perform employee record audits and ensure all HR documents are updated and complete.

  • Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and other employee life cycle processes on-site.

  • Coordinate with branch heads to resolve HR-related issues promptly and effectively.

  • Consolidate HR data and generate reports using Microsoft Excel (e.g., attendance tracking, headcount, attrition).

  • Provide basic employee support regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.

  • Collaborate with the head office HR team for regular updates and reporting.

  • Ensure confidentiality and integrity of employee information and company records.

  • Act as a liaison between branch employees and the main HR office.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.

  • At least 1–2 years of experience in HR operations or generalist functions.

  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data consolidation).

  • Willing and able to travel across the Visayas region regularly (travel fully covered by the company).

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
