
HR Systems Administrator

We are seeking an HR Systems Administrator to manage and optimize our HR Information Systems (HRIS). In this role, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of platforms such as HR Dashboard, HRC, HR Hub, ADB, Tigris, JobStreet, LinkedIn, Litmos, and Online Assessments. You'll be key in ensuring HR technology supports business operations, enhances employee experience, and complies with data privacy regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- HR System Administration: Maintain, support, and troubleshoot issues for HR platforms.
- Data Management: Conduct audits and maintain data accuracy, confidentiality, and user access.
- User Support & Training: Provide first-line support and conduct training for system users.
- System Configuration: Configure workflows, settings, and notifications to align with HR policies.
- Reporting & Analytics: Generate reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
- System Deployment: Support the implementation of new HR technologies and upgrades.
- Internal Promotion: Develop campaigns and content to promote system usage and awareness.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate license renewals and manage vendor support.
- Compliance: Ensure alignment with internal policies and data privacy laws.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in HR systems administration or a related HRIS role.
- Proficient in Excel and HR reporting tools.
- Familiarity with data privacy policies (e.g., DPA) and system security best practices.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Preferred Experience
- Hands-on experience with platforms like HR Dashboard, JobStreet, LinkedIn, Litmos, or similar tools.
- Involvement in system implementations, upgrades, or automation projects.
- Ability to collaborate with IT, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
