Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound sales calls to identify customer needs or issues.
  • Provide information and offer recommendations and solutions via telephone.
  • BUILD strong relationships with customers to enhance our image.
  • Improve customer satisfaction through excellent service.
  • Place outbound calls to promote new products and services.
  • Document call notes and reports, updating them in the database.
  • Maintain knowledge about existing products and services.
  • Handle complaints and inquiries using relevant data.
  • Perform other related tasks as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous B2C sales experience, including managing outbound and cold call functions.
  • A background in the medical or healthcare industry is an asset.
  • Strong phone presence with exemplary customer service and sales skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with active listening.
  • CUSTOMER focus and adaptability to different personality types.
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, set priorities, and manage time effectively.
  • Stressful situations handling appropriately.
  • Proficient English language skills.
  • Relevant computer application skills.
