
Sales Business Growth Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team in driving revenue generation and business growth on behalf of clients. This involves managing a team to achieve specific business targets, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and promoting the professional development of sales team members.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive revenue growth and business expansion through effective team management and leadership.
- Ensure accurate ongoing sales forecasting and maintain up-to-date data in the CRM system.
- Identify and remove obstacles hindering sales opportunities and support the team in resolving challenges.
- Monitor and lead team call time and productivity, conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions.
- Develop strategic sales plays and best practices based on analyzed data, performance, and customer experience trends.
- Stay updated on market developments and share knowledge with the team.
- 5+ years of proven work experience in sales roles.
- Passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.
- Experience in operations and strategy building.
- Excellent coaching history and ability to develop and retain top talent.
- Proven track record of maximizing revenue through best practices.
- Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems.
