Technical Support Specialist
About the Job
This role involves providing technical support to customers, assisting them in resolving complex technical issues and guiding them on development/integration best practices.
The ideal candidate will have a customer-focused mindset, excellent communication skills, and experience with debugging tools, version control systems, and issue-tracking systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical guidance to customers on building applications/integrations and reports using REST APIs, data, and other development tools.
- Offer timely and effective technical support via various communication channels, including email.
- Handle high-priority inquiries and incidents, compiling root cause analyses as needed.
- Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and FAQs to aid customers and internal teams.
- Create public code samples to illustrate best practices for utilizing REST APIs, SDKs, and tools.
- Update internal tools and write productivity scripts using relevant programming languages.
- Conduct product training sessions to enhance developer understanding and usage of the product.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and share knowledge.
Qualifications and Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of Developer Support/Engineering experience.
- Familiarity with debugging tools, version control systems, and issue-tracking systems.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage tasks and support inquiries autonomously.
- A strong commitment to delivering high-quality support and securing customer confidentiality.
- Experience building SaaS integrations and working with templating frameworks.
- Basic knowledge of Go Programming Language.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work under pressure.
