Job Title

We are looking for a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and resolving technical issues.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT concepts, technologies, and terminologies, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide level 1 technical support across all products and services
  • Deliver consistent and exceptional customer service
  • Ensure all communications are accurately and thoroughly documented into the Support Ticketing system
  • Identify complex technical issues for escalation to Support Engineer employees
Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Technical Skills:
  • Strong understanding of IT concepts, technologies, and terminologies
  • Excellent knowledge of computer hardware and software
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and helpdesk software
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Demonstrated ability to perform well in a team environment
