Overview:

Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with using our platforms and applications effectively.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.
  • Participate in knowledge management activities to create and maintain documentation.
  • Collaborate with vendors to resolve technical issues.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in technical support or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English.
