Job Title

Seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. This exciting role involves providing technical support and maintaining the smooth operation of infrastructure and IT services 24/7/365.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and maintain infrastructure components on-premises and in the cloud, ensuring seamless system activities.
  • Provide timely and effective support for issues related to infrastructure, including IaaS and PaaS components, as part of a 24/7 operational service.
  • Perform daily system checks, troubleshoot system operating problems, and determine the cause of system interruptions.
  • Collaborate with Infrastructure, DevOps, and Application teams to create and handle monitoring and troubleshooting tasks, and resolve incidents efficiently.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years' experience in supporting applications in production environments running on Linux.
  • Knowledge of Incident Management and Problem Management principles.
  • Experience in monitoring and basic troubleshooting.
  • Strong documentation and administration skills.
  • Must possess at least a bachelor's degree.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure.
  • Experience working with IaaS and PaaS in Microsoft Azure, such as Managed SQL web apps, etc.
  • ITIL v3 Foundation Certification.
  • AZ900 Certification is a plus.
  • Preferably knowledge in SQL administration and IIS administration.
