Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner via phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve moderate to advanced internet connectivity issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide effective communication and documentation of customer interactions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer issues and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless resolution of customer concerns.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong logical reasoning, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Windows 10 or higher and MS Office is required for essential computer tasks.
