Job Description

  • You will be responsible for answering calls and inquiries from customers, providing them with information and assistance on our client's products and services.
  • You will interact with customers to understand their needs and concerns, and provide solutions that meet their expectations.
  • You will work closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • You must have completed 2 years of college education, with no back subjects.
  • You should have at least 1 year of experience in an international voice account.
  • You must possess good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • You should have strong customer orientation skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and provide solutions that meet their needs.
