Job Overview

This role involves providing top-notch support to customers from French-speaking regions via voice calls and live chat, ensuring they feel valued and understood.

  • Deliver timely, friendly, and accurate support in French and English via calls and chat.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues and guide them through solutions step-by-step.
  • Log all customer interactions accurately.

Responsibilities

You will:

  • Communicate effectively with customers in French and English via phone and live chat.
  • Answer questions, resolve concerns, and create positive experiences for our customers.
  • Be calm under pressure and solution-oriented.
  • Have a strong attention to detail and a genuine desire to help people.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Fluency in French and English (spoken and written).
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience (remote, e-commerce, or tech support preferred).
  • Experience with bilingual customer support is an advantage.
  • Experience with tools like Zendesk, Gorgias, Shopify, or similar platforms is a plus.
