As a customer service representative, you will be working on a premium hair care account and providing exceptional customer experience through email, chat, phone, text, and social channels.

The ideal candidate is passionate about beauty, willing to make product recommendations via a consultative approach, and possesses strong written and verbal communication skills in alignment with brand voice.

• Respond to customers through various channels while creating memorable service interactions.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of the assigned brand's products, procedures, and resolutions.
• Work collaboratively with team members to offer encouragement, provide answers, present customer insights and trends.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 12+ months of contact center experience (within the last 2 years).
• Ability to speak, read, and write in both French and English.
• Language proficiency is B2.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices. Salesforce experience is a plus.
