About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and multilingual customer service professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customers via email, chat, phone, text, and social media while creating memorable service interactions
  • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills in alignment with company standards
  • Build a deep understanding of our products, procedures, and resolutions
  • Collaborate with colleagues to offer support, provide answers, and present customer insights and trends
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
  • 12+ months of contact center experience (must be within the last 2 years)
  • Ability to speak, read and write in both Spanish and English
  • Language proficiency is B2.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices. Salesforce experience is a plus.
  • Able to see, talk and hear in order to communicate with others to exchange information verbally and in writing
  • Ability to perform all duties of the job while sitting and/or standing for prolonged periods of time
