
Multilingual Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and multilingual professional to join our Player Engagement team as a Japanese Agent.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about video games, has excellent communication skills, and is proficient in both Japanese and English. If you have a knack for customer service, enjoy working with people, and are eager to make a meaningful impact, we encourage you to apply.
- Deliver exceptional customer support to players through various channels, including ticketing, email, or chat.
- Investigate and resolve player inquiries promptly, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather and deliver player feedback, contributing to the development of new features and improvements.
- Provide translations when required to ensure seamless communication between our clients and the gaming community.
About You
- You have C1-C2 level language proficiency in Japanese and B2 level or higher in English.
- You possess excellent written communication skills, with the ability to type efficiently and effectively.
- You are flexible, adaptable, and able to handle various situations and player needs.
- You take pride in your work, ensuring accountability and reliability in handling player inquiries and issues.
- You are proactive in identifying and addressing player concerns, taking initiative to resolve issues promptly.
- You have basic troubleshooting skills to assist players with technical challenges.
- You are available to work full-time, including weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
