Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the preparation and maintenance of quarterly compensation workbooks ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Manage end-to-end company-wide compensation processes driving continuous improvements and efficiencies.
  • Prepare monthly incentives and bonus calculation files reviewing and maintaining relevant data for accurate calculations in the compensation system.
  • Maintain sensitive confidential information securely adhering to policies and procedures.

This role supports monthly and quarterly commissions and bonus calculations working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate timely compensation. The analyst partners with sales sales finance accounting and other business teams to provide reporting analysis and strategic insights that drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Preparing and maintaining compensation workbooks.
  • Managing company-wide compensation processes.
  • Preparing incentives and bonus calculation files.
  • Maintaining sensitive confidential information.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the preparation and maintenance of quarterly compensation workbooks ensuring accuracy and completeness managing end-to-end company-wide compensation processes driving continuous improvements and efficiencies preparing monthly incentives and bonus calculation files reviewing and maintaining relevant data for accurate calculations in the compensation system and maintaining sensitive confidential information securely adhering to policies and procedures.
