
Senior Compensation and Benefits Professional

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the development and implementation of compensation and benefits strategies that drive business success.
The role collaborates with HRBPs and the broader HR organization to enhance and standardize corporate global compensation and benefits strategies and programs. This includes analyzing internal and external market data, developing pay ranges, and aligning strategies as needed.
The successful candidate will have strong analytical and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks and adjust to shifting priorities while meeting deadlines.
They will also have excellent organizational and follow-up skills, with a strong attention to detail. Experience with SuccessFactors, CompXL, and/or survey management tools is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead internal/external market analysis for the APJ region to develop pay ranges, updating and aligning strategies as needed.
- Participate in global compensation and benefits surveys to ensure competitive practices are maintained.
- Partner with Global Compensation and Benefits team on process management of global merit, bonus, and equity cycles.
- Design and manage benefits programs, including benefits administration for the APJ region.
- Work closely with HR Analytics on dashboards to support decision-making and performance measurement.
- Lead the development and delivery of training/communications on various compensation and benefits programs.
- Provide guidance to Talent Acquisition on competitive offers.
- Utilize various tools that support compensation and benefits programs and initiatives.
Requirements:
- 8+ years relevant compensation and benefits experience.
- Strong analytical, project management, and process management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks and adjust to shifting priorities while meeting deadlines.
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Experience with SuccessFactors, CompXL, and/or survey management tools.
- A demonstrated ability to translate vision into action, manage multiple priorities, improve operations, and maintain positive and productive relationships while delivering results.
- Strong leadership skills, including the ability to consider multiple audiences, bring people along, and drive change throughout the organization.
