About This Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our recruitment team as a Screening Specialist. In this role, you will play a critical part in identifying and presenting top candidates to clients, utilizing your exceptional sourcing skills to meet their talent acquisition needs.


Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for active candidates, providing them with clear information about client opportunities and company culture.
  • Utilize screening and selection criteria to identify qualified candidates through resume review, pre-recorded interviews, scripted interviews, or a combination of these methods.
  • Notify relevant candidates within the ATS/CRM regarding job openings.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition Business Partners to ensure seamless communication and delivery of high-quality candidate pools.
  • Contribute to maintaining accurate records and system updates as required.

Requirements

To be successful in this position, you must have:

  • A bachelor's degree.
  • At least 2-4 years of recruitment experience, with expertise in sourcing and a proven track record of delivering results.
  • Proficiency in web-based applicant tracking systems.
  • Knowledge of functional recruitment best practices.
  • Able to work effectively in Eastwood, Quezon City and potentially in the US (night shift).
