About the Role
The Regional Sourcing Senior Associate will be responsible for delivering a sourcing strategy aligned with business growth forecasts. Working closely with the Regional Talent Acquisition Lead and hiring teams, this individual will execute effective sourcing activities.

  • Define the sourcing strategy for business requisitions by considering the most suitable channels to source talent.
  • Provide support in sourcing specialist roles as per business requirements.
  • Identify prospects and create an appropriate long list of candidates for each requirement allocated.
  • Engage interested candidates, introducing them to the recruitment process to convert prospects into active candidates.
  • Develop market mapping, advertising, and sourcing strategies to plan and advise on where talent resides and how to engage the right people.
  • Conduct research to identify new sourcing channels and develop business cases for cost efficiencies and synergies at the regional and country levels.
  • Collaborate with the Brand, Marketing & Communications team to develop branding and marketing materials for engaging with the sourcing network.
  • Network in the market and use social media outlets to build and maintain talent pools aligned with business needs.
  • Support the capture of competitive/market intelligence for assigned business areas and communicate findings to talent acquisition and business stakeholders.

About You
  • A degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Communications, Social Sciences, or related fields is required.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience managing high-volume recruitment is necessary.
  • Full-cycle recruitment experience with a focus on technical roles such as technology or IT and KYC-related positions is essential.
  • Aptitude in navigating sourcing platforms like JobStreet, LinkedIn, Monster, etc. is required.
  • Multitasking and prioritizing workload with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary for interpersonal communication.
