Job Opportunity for Talent Acquisition Professional

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Associate. As part of our organization, you will be responsible for sourcing candidates through various databases and social media platforms.

  • This is an exciting opportunity for fresh graduates or professionals with experience in Human Resources or equivalent fields.
  • Candidates must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • The ideal candidate should also have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Sourcing candidates through various databases and social media platforms
  • Screening and identifying suitable candidates
  • Shortlisting applicants for initial interviews
  • Providing regular updates on sourcing progress to the team
  • Updating company databases with new employee contact information and employment details
Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must:

  • Have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
  • Be proficient in English language skills
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
