We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This is a mid-senior level position responsible for sourcing, attracting, and onboarding top talent.
About the Role: As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in collaborating with hiring managers, developing effective recruitment strategies, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment plans.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Screen and review resumes and job applications to identify top talent.
- Conduct pre-screening interviews to assess candidate suitability and coordinate scheduling with hiring managers.
- Maintain a database of shortlisted candidates for future vacancies and ensure timely communication and feedback to candidates.
- Prepare job offers and employment contracts, as well as generate reports related to hiring activities.
- Evaluate the performance of external recruitment agencies and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job boards, and Boolean search strings.
- Experience hiring for technical roles and proficiency in sourcing candidates through various channels.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as knowledge of behavioral and competency-based interviewing techniques.
- Understanding of diversity and inclusion principles in recruitment and ability to track and analyze recruitment metrics and KPIs.
