Key Role Summary

This is a proactive Talent Acquisition Sourcer position that involves identifying and engaging top-tier candidates, building robust talent pipelines, and fueling recruitment success. The sourcer will play a critical part in designing and executing innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates, leveraging multiple platforms to identify top talent, and collaborating closely with recruiters and hiring managers to align sourcing efforts with hiring goals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and executing strategic sourcing initiatives to attract top talent
