Job Overview

This position offers a unique opportunity to lead a team of virtual assistants and ensure seamless communication with clients.


Job Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day operations, planning, and problem-solving for a team of medical client-VA pairs.
  • Partner with clients to create task lists that promote productivity and profitability.
  • Work collaboratively with clients to grow their businesses using Global Medical's services.
  • Oversee medical client-VA management and mitigate concerns effectively.
Qualifications
  • A degree in a medical or healthcare-related field is preferred.
  • At least three years of experience in healthcare management, remote management, or a related field.
  • Highly proficient in the English language (written and oral).
  • Ability to perform under pressure and work effectively in a team environment.
  • Self-motivated and organized, with a growth mindset.
  • Training and development experience is preferred but not required.
  • Must be efficient with MS Office applications and Google Suite.
