We are currently seeking a seasoned Portfolio Manager to oversee a portfolio of small and medium-sized enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering accounting and tax services, as well as experience in leading a team of junior and senior accountants.

Responsibilities
  1. Deliver comprehensive accounting and tax services to a diverse portfolio of SME clients across Australia
  2. Provide strategic leadership to a team of accountants, ensuring high client satisfaction and efficient delivery of services
  3. Develop and implement effective strategies to drive business growth and expand our client base
  4. Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, colleagues, and external partners
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes, ensuring our services remain compliant and competitive
Qualifications / Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing a team of accountants servicing Australian clients
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality accounting and tax services to SME clients
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team, with a focus on continuous learning and improvement
