Client Success Associate Opportunity

We're seeking a detail-oriented and client-centric professional to oversee the student-instructor matching process from intake insights to coordinating assignments. This role is ideal for someone who can build trust with families, guide them through the discovery process, and convert qualified leads into successful service engagements.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain strong pipeline hygiene by updating lead statuses and notes using CRM tools to track lead progress and intake milestones.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth client journey and share insights that support continuous improvement.
  • Develop and execute follow-up strategies based on lead quality and lifecycle stage.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; a background in education, communications, or sales is preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, client services, or customer success.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build trust with high-touch clientele.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and project management tools (e.g., Trello, Slack, CRM platforms).
