Job Title : Sales Manager

YAR Drainage Maintenance Services is a leading general contractor known for its commitment to excellence in declogging sevices, construction projects and other services across the Philippines. With a solid reputation for quality, integrity, and innovation, we have been serving clients in various sectors for 5 years. As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team.

We are looking for a motivated Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management within the general contractor industry and a strong understanding of construction processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.

2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.

3. Lead and mentor the sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets.

4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders.

5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales and marketing materials.

6. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential opportunities and threats.

7. Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for management review.

Qualifications:

l Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

l Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the general contractor industry.

l Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.

l Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

l Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a focus on customer satisfaction.

l Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
