As a key member of our Partner Success team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our B2B travel commerce partners across APAC.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for Partner Success that encompasses onboarding, enablement, and sustained growth, ensuring maximum partner satisfaction and revenue performance.
  • Lead onboarding and day-to-day engagement efforts for Korean-speaking partners, serving as their champion within our organization.
  • Foster adoption of new products, features, and upsell opportunities across our travel commerce platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve partner issues, ensure seamless operations, and deliver an exceptional partner experience.
  • Utilize data analytics tools to monitor product performance, assess customer feedback, and inform data-driven decisions to optimize product offerings.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Possess business-level fluency in Korean and English.
  • Proven ability to manage and grow strategic partnerships.
  • Excel in analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
  • Bonus points for experience in travel, e-commerce, SaaS, or working with Korean clients or partners.
