Commerce Partnership Manager

We are seeking a skilled Commerce Partnership Manager to support the growth and success of our B2B travel commerce partners in APAC. Reporting to the VP of Partner Success, you will be responsible for executing partner strategy, driving engagement, and ensuring partners are fully enabled to grow with our platform.


This is a highly cross-functional role that blends commercial acumen, operational execution, and relationship management. You will focus on maximizing partner satisfaction, driving adoption of additional travel products, and increasing overall revenue performance.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and execute the Partner Success strategy for HTS Commerce from onboarding to sustained growth.
  • Lead onboarding, enablement, and day-to-day engagement for Korean-speaking partners.
  • Drive adoption of new products, features, and upsell opportunities across our travel commerce platform.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve partner issues, ensure smooth operations, and deliver an excellent partner experience.

Requirements:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Business-level fluency in Korean and English.
  • Proven ability to manage and grow strategic partnerships.
  • Excellent analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
