
Commerce Partnership Growth Specialist

You will be a key member of the partner success team, responsible for driving growth and satisfaction of B2B travel commerce partners in APAC. You will support the VP of Partner Success to execute partner strategy, drive engagement, and ensure partners are enabled to grow with our platform.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute a comprehensive partner success strategy, focused on maximizing partner satisfaction, driving adoption of additional travel products, and increasing revenue performance.
- Lead the onboarding, enablement, and day-to-day engagement for partners, acting as their advocate within the organization.
- Drive adoption of new products, features, and upsell opportunities across the travel commerce platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve partner issues, ensure smooth operations, and deliver an excellent partner experience.
- Utilize analytical tools and data to monitor product performance, assess customer feedback, and make data-driven decisions to optimize product offerings.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Business-level fluency in Korean and English.
- Proven ability to manage and grow strategic partnerships.
- Excellent analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
- Experience in travel, e-commerce, SaaS, or working with Korean clients or partners is a strong plus.
