About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Strategic E-commerce Partnership Development Manager to drive growth and expansion for our B2B/B2C platform.

This is an offshore role where you'll develop and maintain high-end supplier partnerships, ensuring a premium experience for our customers.

You will manage the entire lifecycle of supplier relationships, from initial outreach and negotiation to ongoing operational support.

This role requires proactive problem-solving skills to ensure efficient supply chain management and a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, source, and secure new suppliers by negotiating and finalizing supply agreements.
  • Manage the onboarding process for all new suppliers, including product catalog updates.

Operational Excellence:

  • Coordinate logistics and fulfillment to guarantee timely delivery of products.
  • Monitor day-to-day platform operations to resolve any issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

Performance Reporting:

  • Track and analyze key business metrics such as profit margins, stock levels, and lead times.
  • Prepare performance reports for management with actionable insights and recommendations.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

We're looking for a candidate with proven experience in procurement, sourcing, or supplier management, preferably within an e-commerce or retail environment.

The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, exceptional negotiation and communication skills, and familiarity with e-commerce operations and CRM tools.
