A business development executive plays a pivotal role in driving growth by establishing and nurturing relationships with key partners.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, a keen understanding of the F&B industry, and excellent communication skills to effectively promote our services.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who can identify opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and contribute to the company's overall success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a partner acquisition strategy to increase brand awareness and revenue growth.
  • Cover the entire partner lifecycle, from lead generation to outreach, pitch, negotiation, closure, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies that boost acquisition rates.
  • Collect and verify documentary requirements submitted by merchants.
  • Formally endorse closed-won sales opportunities, along with signed merchant agreements and validated documentary requirements, to Sales Operations.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in partner acquisition (SaaS, F&B, E-commerce exposure highly preferred).
  • A proven track record of building strong relationships with partners and consultative selling.
  • Self-motivation and ability to work remotely with high energy and relentless drive.
  • Excellent multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills.
  • Effective communication, presentation, and influence skills at all organizational levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Business acumen, result-oriented, and knowledgeable in Microsoft Word and Excel.
