Drive the success and growth of our B2B travel commerce partners in APAC across products such as flights, hotels, cars, and packages.\

\About the Role\\

  • Execute business strategy, driving engagement, and ensuring partners are fully enabled to grow with our platform.\\
  • Work closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Commercial teams to ensure ongoing success, with a special focus on developing strategic partnerships.\\
\Responsibilities\\

  2. Define and execute Business Development strategy for HTS Commerce, from onboarding to sustained growth, maximizing partner satisfaction, driving adoption of additional travel products, and increasing revenue performance.\\
  3. Lead onboarding, enablement, and day-to-day engagement for high-growth partners, acting as their advocate within the organization.\\
  4. Drive adoption of new products, features, and upsell opportunities across our travel commerce platform.\\
  5. Cross-functional collaboration to resolve partner issues, ensure smooth operations, and deliver an excellent partner experience.\\
  6. Leverage analytical tools and data to monitor product performance, assess customer feedback, and make data-backed decisions to optimize product offerings.\\
\Requirements\\
  • \
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.\\
  • Business-level fluency in Korean and English (required).\\
  • Proven ability to manage and grow strategic partnerships.\\
  • Excellent analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.\\
  • Experience in travel, e-commerce, SaaS, or working with Korean clients or partners is a strong plus.\\
