
Ecommerce Partnerships Manager

A critical position on the Partner Success team will focus on enhancing B2B travel commerce partner relationships in APAC, covering products such as flights, hotels, cars, and packages.
Responsibilities:- Define and implement a Partner Success strategy for HTS Commerce, encompassing onboarding to sustained growth, with a focus on maximizing partner satisfaction, driving adoption of additional travel products, and increasing overall revenue performance.
- Lead onboarding, enablement, and day-to-day engagement for Korean-speaking partners, acting as their advocate within the organization.
- Drive adoption of new products, features, and upsell opportunities across our travel commerce platform.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve partner issues, ensure smooth operations, and deliver an excellent partner experience.
- Data-Driven Insights: Utilize analytical tools and data to monitor product performance, assess customer feedback, and make data-backed decisions to optimize product offerings.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required to engage with stakeholders at all levels. Business-level fluency in Korean and English is essential, along with a proven ability to manage and grow strategic partnerships, excellent analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making, and experience in travel, e-commerce, SaaS, or working with Korean clients or partners is a strong plus.
