We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales growth.
Your primary focus will be on researching and targeting key decision-makers in various industries, using your expertise in B2B sales strategies to identify potential leads and qualify them through outreach campaigns. You will also be responsible for managing lead data and tracking engagement using CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with both internal stakeholders and external clients. A strong background in sales development and lead generation is essential, along with proficiency in CRM platforms and technical tools.
Key Responsibilities:- Apply B2B sales strategies to identify and research prospects across target industries
- Generate and qualify leads via outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach
- Use CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage lead data and track engagement
- Maintain accurate documentation of all lead interactions and activities
- Communicate the value proposition of products/services clearly and persuasively
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales development, lead generation, or similar roles
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Advanced proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent)
- Excellent command of English and strong interpersonal communication skills
