Job Title

Dynamics 365 Support Engineer (Remote)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gain in-depth technical knowledge to understand and represent business platforms.
  • Participate in business requirements gathering conversations and translate business needs into technical plans and designs.
  • Proactively work with other teams to support existing and new business application needs.
  • Contribute to ongoing creation and maintenance of documentation, departmental technical procedures, and user guides on business processes and applications, development standards, integrations, and data sources.
  • Follow change management process for any additions or changes to environments.
  • Assist with creation of and updates to the testing of business continuation plan.
  • Collaborate with internal training resources to identify training needs, assist with training ideas, curriculum, etc. to maximize effectiveness of applications.
Requirements:
  • 4-year degree in technology, business, or related area of study and/or 5+ years of relevant experience in information technology.
  • Deep technical knowledge of corporate Dynamics environments and all ancillary systems that interact with Dynamics.
  • Minimum of 2-5+ years' experience implementing, configuring, and/or customizing Microsoft's Dynamics with large/enterprise companies.
  • 1 year of experience working with Microsoft Dataverse.
  • 1 year of experience working with the Microsoft Power Platform.
  • 2+ years of experience soliciting information for, drafting, building a business case within, and presenting solution proposals / requirements.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
