About this role

We are seeking a professional with exceptional organizational skills to manage our sales pipeline.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing inbound leads and expanding revenue through follow-up with leads acquired by the marketing team in Dynamics 365 CRM.

  • Manage lead pipelines and prioritize leads based on goals and business requirements.
  • Qualify and update leads in the CRM system and respond quickly to new leads to maximize conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expand revenue by following up on acquired leads in Dynamics 365 CRM.
  • Research and qualify leads, updating the CRM system and responding promptly to new leads to optimize conversion rates.
  • Prioritize leads based on business objectives and requirements.
  • Communicate effectively via email, call, and follow-up to secure clients for services.
  • Follow up at various stages of the sales process, including qualification, proposal, and contracting.
  • Develop high-conversion emails targeting leads.
  • Generate leads through research, online sources, and networking efforts.
  • Identify target accounts, decision-makers, and build relationships.
  • Prepare proposals and quotes for prospective clients.
  • Develop service solutions and bundled service offerings.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support via phone, email, or chat, logging all requests in a timely manner.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Experience in healthcare industry preferred but not required.
  • Strong multitasking and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Dynamics 365.
  • Proficient in creating presentations using PowerPoint and analyzing sales data in Excel.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
