The company is seeking a skilled Senior Sales Compensation Analyst to join the Total Rewards team. In this key role, you will be responsible for designing and administering sales compensation programs that drive business growth and motivate high-performing sales teams.

- Design and implement sales compensation plans that align with business goals and strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Sales Leadership, and HR, to ensure accurate and timely commission payments.
- Administer and analyze sales compensation programs, ensuring compliance and motivational effectiveness.
- Serve as the subject matter expert on all things sales compensation, providing guidance and support to stakeholders.
- Develop and communicate new sales incentive plans and commission structures, including documentation and training.
- Model, simulate, and forecast plan changes to assess impact and inform data-driven recommendations.
- 3+ years of experience in sales compensation, commissions processing, or sales/revenue operations in a SaaS/tech environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and strong analytical skills.
- Experience with sales compensation management software (e.g. CaptivateIQ, Xactly) is preferred.
- Strong understanding of sales compensation best practices, quota assignment, and SaaS revenue models.
- Exposure to global compensation practices and a focus on accuracy, compliance, and data integrity.
Competitive salary range: $130,000 - $145,000 USD per year.
