Key Responsibilities
  • Answer patient inquiries via phone calls, emails, and SMS messages
  • Schedule appointments, follow-ups, and referrals with precision and accuracy
  • Process intake forms and maintain accurate patient records in our electronic medical record system
  • Verify insurance coverage and coordinate with billing staff as needed
  • Provide courteous and professional customer service to patients
  • Support front desk operations, including reminders, forms, and general inquiries
  • Collaborate with in-person staff to ensure smooth clinic operations
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in healthcare administration, receptionist, or VA roles
  • Familiarity with U.S. insurance verification workflows is highly valued
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential
  • Fluent spoken and written English is required
  • Ability to work standard U.S. business hours (Pacific Time)
