About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather patient information, including personal details, location, and medical history
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate with doctors to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to patient inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, including notes, follow-ups, and outcomes
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service, patient intake, or call center role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a clear speaking voice and strong written communication
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a remote team, with strong time management and organizational skills
