Lead Agile Coach

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Agile Coach to join our team. As a key member of our Engineering Scrum Teams, you will be responsible for guiding the teams, helping them overcome obstacles, and ensuring they have everything they need to succeed.

Responsibilities:
  1. Facilitate Effective Communication: Foster collaboration among team members, promote open communication, and ensure everyone is informed about project progress.
  2. Keep Everyone on Track: Guide the team, remove blockers, and help them stay focused on delivering high-impact software and features that meet customer needs.
  3. Provide Timely Feedback: Offer constructive feedback to stakeholders, ensuring they are always informed about project status and progress.
  4. Champion Agile Values: Promote agile methodology, principles, and practices within the organization, ensuring seamless integration with business goals.
  5. Mentor and Develop Team Members: Onboard, train, and mentor scrum team members, empowering them to excel in their roles.
  6. Facilitate Scrum Ceremonies: Organize and lead stand-up meetings, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and other essential scrum ceremonies.
  7. Collaborate with Product Owners: Work closely with product owners to refine, prioritize, and optimize product backlogs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  8. Remove Roadblocks: Identify and eliminate obstacles hindering team progress, ensuring smooth delivery of software and features.
  9. Adapt Agile Practices: Continuously assess and improve agile practices, ensuring they remain aligned with business goals and software delivery requirements.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or similar role.
  • Detailed knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks (e.g., Scrum or Kanban).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Agile Scrum Master Certification (preferably).
