About the Role

This role will ensure that Agile methodologies are understood and enacted by the team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in facilitating Scrum ceremonies, such as Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, and Reviews.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure that the Scrum Team adheres to Agile theory, practices, and rules.
  2. Act as a servant-leader for the Scrum Team, helping them to understand their interactions with the team and stakeholders.
  3. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement through regular feedback and Agile best practices.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master in a fully Agile environment.
  • Deep understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe frameworks and the ability to implement them effectively.
  • Proven experience in facilitation and process optimization.

Preferred Qualifications

The following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Additional certifications in Agile Coaching (ICP-ACC), SAFe, or Lean.
  • Experience leading Agile transformations or coaching teams through the transition from Waterfall to Agile.
