Our Team Lead Position

Are you passionate about leading and guiding others to achieve exceptional results? In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple Agile teams and ensuring the effective implementation of Scrum practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide and coach Agile teams to deliver high-value products.
  • Facilitate communication and remove impediments to ensure team success.
  • Proactively provide real-time feedback to keep delivery on track.
  • Reinforce target agile behaviors and facilitate the adoption of agile principles and practices.
  • Collaborate with software engineers, platform engineers, and Product Owners to accelerate the delivery of new value through software.

Requirements:

  • At least 5-7 years of experience as a Scrum Master delivering complex technology solutions.
  • Strong working knowledge of key aspects of agile coaching and facilitation.
  • Staying abreast of developments in own technical discipline and able to recognize and translate these to own working environment.
  • Experience in handling squads involving stakeholders from multiple locations.
  • Knowledge of Agile planning and tracking tools.
  • Good verbal and written communication; able to effectively articulate technical vision, possibilities, and outcomes.
