Agile Coach and Scrum Team Facilitator

About the Role:
This role involves guiding and facilitating Agile teams in delivering high-quality products and services to customers. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and planning skills, excellent communication and presentation skills, and a deep understanding of Agile principles and methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coach Agile teams to deliver high-quality products and services.
- Facilitate Scrum events such as Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
- Work closely with other Scrum Masters and Scrum Teams to deliver top-notch products.
- Help everyone change interactions to maximize the value created by the Scrum Team.
Requirements:
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Knowledgeable in different Agile Methodologies.
- Excellent facilitating and coaching skills.
