Universal Robina Corporation
is looking for a
Agile Academy Lead.
The
Agile Academy Lead
is responsible for leading the design, development and execution of the URC Agile learning and development programs. This role ensures that the Agile community are equipped with the necessary knowledge, tools, and best practices to foster an Agile culture. He collaborates closely with Agile Coaches, facilitators, subject matter experts and business leaders to develop strategies to build competencies and drive the agile practice in the organization.

What are their Job Responsibilities:

  • Curriculum Development and Management
    : Create and maintain an Agile curriculum for the different roles aligned with industry best practices, competency framework and organizational goals.

  • Training and Development
    : Design, develop and deliver Agile training courses tailored for various roles and needs such as Onboarding and Bootcamp, Refreshers and Just-in-Time learning sessions. This includes various learning modes such as communities of practice, classroom, online or e-learning, etc

  • Stakeholder Engagement
    : Work closely with the leadership team to identify capability and performance gaps, determine targeted interventions and measure effectiveness of the programs delivered.

  • Program Management
    : Plan, organize and rollout workshops, including administrative and logistical preparations such as invitations, venue arrangements, online or hybrid set-up, resource, and materials management, etc

  • Performance Metrics
    : Develop metrics and feedback mechanisms to assess training effectiveness and participant growth. Prepares reports and analytics to determine performance, adoption and
